The dry-aged Central beef burger is served with confit tomato, a house-made mayo and potato tuiles plus I added cheese and bacon (burger necessities, imo). ---- This burger was so damn good, it deserved its own #RWDMV post!!! I ordered it cooked to a medium temperature and it was cooked perfectly, which is so key to a successful burger experience. The flavor profile was awesome, the crunch from the potato tuiles (basically a fancy potato chip) was a bonus & the bacon was banging! Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had in D.C. and if you've looked through our profile, you know me and Mal eat a LOT of burgers lol. It comes with fries or a salad(😒) or you can substitute for one of their sides (I was greedy and did the fries and a side because #TREATYOURSELF is a lifestyle). #blackandboozytip substitute the fries for the mac & cheese as your side, hella good & piping hot. #blackandboozy #blackandboozyapproved (at Central Michel Richard)

The shrimp could've used some cabbage or something crunchy but would definitely eat on its own over some rice. Birthday dinners are always a great time to celebrate the ones you love...and to order the entire menu! For this birthday occasion we dined at @marcuscooks' D.C. restaurant, @marcusnationalharbor.
