The dry-aged Central beef burger is served with confit tomato, a house-made mayo and potato tuiles plus I added cheese and bacon (burger necessities, imo). ---- This burger was so damn good, it deserved its own #RWDMV post!!! I ordered it cooked to a medium temperature and it was cooked perfectly, which is so key to a successful burger experience. The flavor profile was awesome, the crunch from the potato tuiles (basically a fancy potato chip) was a bonus & the bacon was banging! Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had in D.C. and if you've looked through our profile, you know me and Mal eat a LOT of burgers lol.
