Why are you a Jannik Sinner fan?
Well, here's my story -
I was technically jobless for 6 months after leaving my nightmare of a job as a fresh graduate. One January evening when I was absolutely sick and tired of job hunting and the poorly timed but good intention questions, I decided to turn on the TV and the AO 2024 men singles finals was on.
I obviously knew Medvedev and he was solid and on his way to winning after loosing to Rafa before and I only knew Jannik as the guy who came out to beat Novak.
It was such a thriller of a match and by the time it ended I felt so much better and slightly more hopeful. 2 months later I managed to get a job that I'm currently still in and I don't know how to explain it but he was a comfort for me and to know I can still get back up stronger.
So to see him win 3 massive Master 1000s b2b that he could not play last season because of whatever crazy that was... I just am so amazed as a fan
