This no-churn ice cream recipe has blackberries, waffle cones, and chocolate chips that go well together. Great for when you want something sweet but don't have an ice cream maker.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup fresh blackberries. 1 cup crushed waffle cones. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined. Add the fresh blackberries, crushed waffle cones, and mini chocolate chips, folding gently to incorporate. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or similar container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm. Serve scoops of the ice cream in bowls or cones, and enjoy!
