Felt like posting this picture to celebrate the first day of Kwanzaa that represents #unity. I took this photo inside of the newly opened @haruncoffee shop in #LeimertPark . If you’re familiar with the area, you’re aware of the gentrification that’s trying to take root here, but this black-owned business is here to stay. Wow.......... #Repost @atlblackstar ・・・ The FBI counterterrorism division has declared that Black Identity Extremist (BIE) pose a threat against law enforcement carried out in the normal course of their duties. This declaration by the FBI was in a written report dated 8/3/2017 which states that, “The FBI assesses it is very likely Black Identity Extremist perceptions of police brutality against African Americans spurred an increase in premeditated, retaliatory lethal violence against law enforcement and will very likely serve as justification for such violence.” The 11 police killing by Micah Johnson in 2016 was also apart of this report and was linked back to the “influence by BIE ideology” according to the FBI.
