I read most of it in a short span of time a little while back and I have found that 1. People remember that book differently than what I was reading and 2. I only know of maybe three Black people who enjoyed it, but I've seen so much art for it over the years that it feels like I'm probably just not aware of the fans. Bonus: I don't believe the author has Black associates. She doesn't need them, because there are only a couple of Black characters, but the few that are there, I have complaints.

Maybe I'm alone in this. Maybe I'm too ghetto for this. Idk. I'm interested in hearing from other Black people whom this tale may have been for, and I'm not interested in nobody else's. That's why I didn't ask for anyone else. Black readers only, who read The Lunar Chronicles, what did you think about that joint?

Hi! Just wanted to say that I’m still planning on phasing away from this blog, though it most likely won’t be until after all of my WIPs are completed.

I still have Poly Wanna, Share-a-Lair, Friends or Whatever, and League of Extraordinary Geniuses to finish, and don’t (plan on) starting any new stories, at this time. Might sometimes post an installment of Full Moon Over Swellview or Charlotte Page: Student Mentor.

I’m making this announcement specifically because I have been a little more active here lately, and I didn’t want it to be confusing?seem like I’m not going to leave this space, then suddenly vanish. SO, that’s still the intention. I won’t delete the blog, as it has over a year’s worth of content and friendship attached.

For kids shows/cartoons and stuff that’s fine and good for teens and up, I’m still here for a little bit. I still don’t recommend anybody under 18 follow my main blog, as it is not catered to a child audience.
