I’m trying to find this fanfiction I read on dreamwidth Harry is a werewolf. It’s basically the end of the world or an apocalypse Harry has Teddy Draco gets kidnapped by Harry’s people, and Draco tries to get closer to Teddy and Harry end up falling for him. The whole thing ends up with the Draco somehow having the cure in his blood or something.

Hi! I've been trying to find this fic since I read it in another site not AO3. It's a post-war fic wherein Hermione breaks/tears this thing (contract, paper, something) after the war and the wizarding world is plunged into disarray.
Draco and Hermione team up to set the world right again. Ron is some kind of monster/creature. I remember Ginny being with the Centaurs. While Harry is a werewolf travelling with his pack. The two (Draco and Hermione) find Harry and Draco is sent to stay with him/convince him to come back. Harry is trying to convince that Draco belongs with his pack/believes he is his mate, or something like that.
It's a dark fic solely because it is, it doesn't end in a happy ending where the wizarding world is right again. I believe Draco stays with Harry and convinces himself he belongs there. It's complete and quite long, but not 100k iirc. I remember this fic being around for awhile, but I did read this around 2020 so it must be still out there somewhere.
