a friend turned vegan out of nowhere and on her first day I told her ‘hey it’s fine, just pls don’t turn into a fanatic’ … but it seems that goes hand in hand, sadly. now i’m getting sick of her insults and accusations.
it's terribly stupid though. i mean seriously, you need proteins. and vegetables don't have as much proteins as meat, to begin with. and it all depends on your organism, because some people can get all the proteins from vegetables, while others can't. so you can't just force everyone to eat vegetables, because if they don't get all the proteins they need, they get sick. unfortunately, so many people fail to understand that.
