BLACKSMITH STRONG I am releasing a new tshirt for sale on #teespring This shirt speaks to how I feel with a hammer in my hand. Wielding a hammer builds strength, period. Repetition, balance and movement literally build strength but what is also cool is that they are principles of design as well. The deeper I get into this craft the more I see parallels with where I have already been. This summer I am doing something new and different while prepping to open a public shop in Charleston. I am away in Tennessee from my family smithing everyday and that has been hard. It is testing me and my wife and kids. But when I finish we will be one step closer to owning our own futures.
