Bladder cancer. T2 and T4 also have respective a and b substages. For T2, A = inner layer of muscle, B = outer layer of muscle. For T4, A = spread into stroma (prostate in men, vagina or uterus in women), B = involves abdo or pelvic wall.
Smokers get it. Urologists can usually treat it if the patient presents early enough. Tell your doctor if you have red urine or dark urine and he/she will likely want to take a peak in your bladder with a cystoscopy, a procedure that can be done in the office without anesthesia - quick and painless, though slightly uncomfortable.
