Which quirks from the members of the M.L.A and the Top 10 heroes would All for One want for himself? Im asking these together since the M.L.A only had 5 relevant members. If you find this odd you could replace the Top 10 with the Vangard Action Squad.
So for this, I'm going to keep it to the MLA and the VAS. If only because it makes more sense to do these together than the MLA with the the top pro heroes. I'm also throwing in Gentle, La Brava, and Stain into this as well, just to round it out.
All For One
Incite: I want you to consider how much manpower All For One has under his control. Now I want you to consider the amount of devotion those people have to All For One. Now imagine all of that being weaponized with "Incite". That is terrifying.
Compress: This one is only limited to the hands, which hasn't stopped All For One from taking Quirks before with "Search". I could see lots of ways that he'd take advantage of this, like storing allies in his pockets to throw them out like Pokémon.
Magnetism: This isn't any kind of amazing ability. Still, it's a super simple power with only the gender issue to worry about, which makes it fit All For One's MO pretty well. I especially think he would like it because of how much control he'd have over other people.
Minions
Stress: You think All For One would want access to such easy power, but I doubt it. Considering how in control he is of his emotional state, it's unlikely he'd see much use out of it. And Nomus can't use it either, unless they retain some personality like a High End.
Cryokinesis: If we're going by the pre-awakened state, All For One wouldn't have much use for it. However, I could see him giving it to a minion in a specific circumstance. Namely, one he is stationed somewhere with a lot of ice, like Russia, as an agent.
Transform/Double: Both of these are here for similar reasons. They're both too troublesome for All For One to deal with and they're too complicated for a Nomu to have. So they'd pretty much be used like they are in canon by Jin and Toga.
Nomu
Cremation: This Quirk is so much trouble that I can't imagine All For One or any of his minions having it. And with a Nomu, you could build around it by giving the Nomu regeneration or greater durability to counteract those issues.
Blade Tooth: Just a super simple, yet highly effective Quirk that would slot in nicely to any Nomu you make. Plus it adds to the intimidation factor Nomus has. Honestly, they'd probably not even have to use it that differently than Moonfish does.
Sleep Gas: Again, like "Cremation", it's too dangerous to have much real use for a minion of All For One. But it's great for a disposable Nomu. I could even see him combing with some self detonation Quirk to have the gas spread out even farther.
Uncertain
Muscle Augmentation: I could see this one going to either a minion or a Nomu. On the one hand, it could work well with a Nomu with augmentation strength. But on the other hand, a trained human could really bring out the full potential of this Quirk.
Landmine: I could see this going to a minion or All For One. Again, it’s a very simple power that he could augment with other abilities, but he may want it in someone else’s hands to do demolition jobs, like blowing up a secret lab somewhere.
Bloodcurdle: On it's own, I don't think that All For One would want this for any reason. However, it may have some combo potential when utilized with the other Quirks that could make it useful. Like combining this with "Blade Tooth" extract a lot of blood.
Elasticity: This one is difficult to pin down. It's simple, and I could see it having a lot of combo potential with the rest of All For One's Quirks. But the fact that the user can't get rid of the effect might just break it for him. Still, it could be good for a minion.
Love: This one is more down to how tricky "Love" is. I don't doubt that a lot of people that follow All For One do love him, but the Quirk only seems to apply to romantic love. And with how much he puts himself above everyone, I struggle to think anyone would have that kind of love for him.
