Writing Wednesday!
For Writing Wednesday, we're going to focus on themes or traits your character may or may not posses. Every week, it's going to be a different theme/trait. You aren't required to do this, but if you do, tag it #BladeWW so we can see it! For our first week, we’re going to start with three themes.
When writing about your traits, archetypes and alignments, keep in mind your character does not need to fall into the category! You could write about how they aren't like the items listed, or how they perceive acts that would fall into one; such as stealing. What do they consider stealing? What don't they consider stealing? Would they steal under certain pretenses or not?
Our Themes!
Always Chaotic Evil
Do you always act in an evil manner? What do you constitute as an act of "pure evil"? Would you constitute yourself as someone who always acts in such a way?
Evil Hero
Do you act with heroic intentions but have rather dark outcomes? Are your intentions to begin with dark, but also heroic? Do you act selfishly while putting on a nice front? Do people trust you unconditionally, only to have you stab them in the back? Does it happen often?
The Corruption
How do you experience corruption; does it twist your thoughts in your mind, does it change your appearance or how you are seen to others? Do you try to fight corruption inside yourself, or do you fight corruption in the environment? Do you see benefits in being changed in such a way?
