that’s a shitty place it’s been ages (maybe they ate it)

wouldn't surprise me, they're idiots. they emailed me saying my warranty had expired, but that they'd be willing to send me a replacement for a ridiculous amount of money (because apparently they couldn't fix a simple malfunction????). they hadn't even taken note that my phone's insured or anything. so, my dad called them and they said they were gonna look into it. it was supposed to take two weeks and it's almost been three (and i've been away), but i'll call them tomorrow and yell and them some moah..
