The past week had been tough on Kai, but he was also acutely aware that it had been just as tough, if not tougher, on Blaine. Having been so lost inside his own head was exhausting, and having to deal with a sleu of emotions he wasn’t used to nor ready for only doubled the impact of the whole thing. His submissive had done so well at taking care of him, at reassuring him that everything was going to be okay, and Kai knew he both wanted and needed to do something to show his boy that he was still there. So, he’d suggested that they go down to the Holiday Festival this evening.
