I think the reason he isn't on layne's list is because he doesn't have twitter anymore but screeners said he isn't in ep 1 - 4 so hopefully he is fired!

He’s probably been asked to delete his Twitter. Also, let’s note that he hasn’t made an appearance in any of the clips or trailers we’ve gotten so far - he hasn’t been mentioned by the cast or crew either. I think the chances of him being fired are pretty great :D
