Do you have a New Year's Resolution?
my main resolution is to practice more mindfulness in my daily life. less multitasking, more taking in the moment. part of this includes less social media engagement and prioritizing my other interests
i also want to commit to studying languages - i've been learning for several years but i have a tendency to take breaks which makes it difficult to improve long term. right now i'm focused on french, japanese, and portuguese!
other resolutions i have are to start writing for fun again, learn at least 2-3 new recipes each month, continue working out, and actually achieve my reading goals. what about you? :]
