The blast room system is used for blasting large components. Each blast room system is made for the specific requirement of each individual customer. Each element of the blast room is balanced with the other elements to ensure that the flow of blasting media, the flow of the product, and the flow of dust are smooth. The blast room is made by joining metal sheet panels. Inside of the blast room system, rubber lining is used to protect the side of the blast room system. Different sizes of rubber linings are used in a blast room as per the customer requirement. As the shape of blasting media varies so that to protect room walls rubber lining is used.

Sand Blasting machine is used for surface preparation of parts. A dust collector is used to collecting dust and clean the inside area of blast room the so that the operator can see the parts easily and the room is free from dust. Screw conveyors and bucket elevators are mechanical recovery systems. A screw conveyor is used to collecting the media on the blast room floor and a bucket elevator is used to collect blasting media and refill in the blasting pot. A media separator is used to separate the reused material from the very fine powder. The size of the blast room changes according to the size of the components. In fully automatic mechanical recovery the whole floor is covered with screw conveyors. As the size of the blast room changes screws conveyor and bucket elevator size also changes.
