I realize that I haven't posted anything in a long while... My inspiration and mood has eluded me, and I wasn't happy with a lot of sketches that were made lately. But I thought I should post an attempt since its been so long. Bloodborne has been tugging at me to draw fan art, so this is a starting sketch I'd like to polish later on. Not sure if many people will know the context, but this is Father Gasgoine, and his daughter. Father G is a hunter in Bloodborne. He is also a tough foe to beat. But some of his lore shows he has turned corrupted by the hunts and blood, slowly turning into a monster. Finding his daughter at home, the player is given a music box that is said was used to calm the hunter down when he is inconsolable. So I wondered how the box was used on any other day of the hunt, and maybe how his daughter helped him through the times he felt his inner beast start to rage. The story in the game ends quite sadly, but I'd wanted to speculate on a bit of their 'normal' family time together. TL/DR: I drew sad stuff to my favourite game, that I hope to make better when I clean it up.
