cassian wasn’t a stranger to the curious gaze and as much as he would normally avoid it because the relentless questions and the need to be on his best behaviour was tiresome - he was in a predicament - he was bored. he refused to tear his gaze away - hoping to make her uncomfortable, especially as he decided that it might as well be something he gained from. “have you perhaps seen my brother - his name is lucius?” as far as he was concerned, it should have been a simple fact, but that would make him conceited - wouldn’t it?
