For everyone that struggles with (hormonal) acne / pimples

ZINC OXIDE

You can literally buy a diaper/nappy cream with zinc in it! It's great!

As soon as you feel pressure under your skin from a pimple that's coming up, lather some of that nappy cream on it!

You can do it during the day if you don't plan on going out.

(the cream is usually very white in colour)

I usually do it before going to bed!

The next day, 9 times out of 10

ITS GONE!

That one time it isn't gone, I just rinse and repeat! It is amazing!

No more pain, no resisting popping pimples, no more embarrassing giant whiteheads on your face! No more scarring your skin!

And for all Crunchy girls/mom's

You could also make your own zinc oxide cream, with your preferred ingredients.

I'd use Non-nano zinc oxide!

It's the best.

It was my birthday a few days ago now, I felt a pimple coming the day before, used the cream at night.
