'DON’T FIGHT THE FEELING' Jacket Behind The Scenes
a blank headcanon for you: ethan's gymnastic ability manifests itself in blank as the ability to bend all of his joints at least 50% further than the average human can. needless to say, it's creepy as fuck for everyone involved
YES SILVER YES oh my god
i’m imagining him doing the thing where you don’t want to get up but you need to get the remote and it’s slightly out of reach so you contort to get at it, but he’s got one leg bent backwards and his arm is definitely not supposed to bend that way and why is his elbow doing that, jesus christ, what the fuck
the first time he meets dr iplier and schneep he goes to goes to crack his knuckles and they’re both convinced that he just broke every single one of his fingers in one fell swoop
boy can turn his head like an owl if he wants to
i love this
The Unit Individual Slow Motion Teaser - B-Joo
blessed concept: Merle getting Taako to teach him how to braid long hair (and do it really well) so he can help Mavis with her hair next time he sees her
Okay, but please also consider: hair-braiding is something that only Lup and Taako would do for each other for a long time. After all, people having their hands on your head only put them closer to your neck, making it just a little easier for them to slit your throat.
Then, the end of the world. It takes, what, twenty cycles or so? And Lup lets others in first, but eventually, the twins let other people braid their hair. Barry has to clue Magnus in on what a sign of trust this is (Barry, the Lover, understands the implications before anyone else). So, Taako teaches Merle to braid hair, twenty years after the start, because he trusted Merle enough to let him practice on him.
Then, the memory-wipe. Merle finds Hecuba, and gets married, and Hecuba brings Mavis. And it’s weird? Because Merle can braid his own hair just fine, and that’s okay, that’s expected, but Merle can also braid Mavis’s. Which is weirder. because according to him, he’s never practiced on anyone before, yet here he is, nailing it.
None of them know, of course, but Merle realizes after Story and Song that the swoops and dives he’d braided into Mavis’s hair were distinctly Elvish in nature.
Tomorrow. This concept is making my heart so full and so insanely happy.
