"Why?" The question was almost comical. The way he acted like she was crazy for thinking he may need a day of rest. Wren knew it was hard to get him to stay home any time, let alone when he wasn't feeling well.
"You're clearly sick. You've been up all night." Sitting up and reaching over, she rest the back of her hand against their forehead. "You are burning up. So you need to lay back down and rest. I know that's a foreign word to you but you need to." She got off the bed and put her hands on her hips. "What can I do to make you get into bed, hmm? I will call Tanya and stay home from the bakery to take care of you."
