I’ve gotten so fat over the summer. Gained like 10+ lbs. I’ve been tracking my calories w/out restricting for about a week. My job has made it so hard to exercise.
Back on this train.

I’m starting a 30 day challenge. Where I will
1. Stay under 1580 limit
2. Exercise 6 times a week (excepting this week)
3. Drink 70 fl oz of water per day
4. Record EVERY calorie
5. Answer a question everyday from the challenge.
