Does anyone have this blinkie but its a dog instead?

i have central heterochromia which means that my iris has a different color near my pupil than around the outer bit

example:

i really want to display this blinkie on my profile but im a doggy not kitty :3c

if u know anybody that can make this for me send their @ n ill send a request if theyre open!

Hey, erm, guys... Anyone here know how to add Blinkies that aren't directly from the Blinkie Café onto my SpaceHey account? I've been struggling with adding litteraly non-Blinkie Café Blinkie onto our profile, and it's causing me to go mad... I've attempted to use images from here, Imgur, etc... it won't work. Thanks.

does anyone know how to get the alternating colors on the "blinking" part of a blinkie using @/satyrradio (deactivated)'s tutorial on ibis cause im so frustrated trying to figure out how they did that without it just using the top color
