Darkness fell a lot faster than he had realized and Toothless was clearly getting tired. He needed to find somewhere to rest for the night.. It wasn’t good for  either one of them to be this tired. So really, there was no choice.        “Alright bud. Let’s find somewhere to rest up.”

The rider received a pleased cooing from his dragon as they began the decent to a small island, shadowed by the setting sun. Hopefully he wouldn’t be  bothering any locals, dragons or otherwise. Toothless landed with a soft thud in the sand and they both looked around.       “This looks like as good a place as any, ey?”
