"I was having a hard time growing out my hair for a while, and i had a lot of bad split end, and now since I've been using this pillow it causes less friction than a cotton pillowcases so your hair doesn't rub in the middle of the night, also its really good for your skin, and I've seen improvements with that, and i also really had good night sleep because it keeps you cool, it's temperature regulating because of the silk, so definitely check it out!" - Ariel
