It's been 3 weeks since the event coined the #VirginiaBeachChaos where TWO individuals were shot by the Virginia Beach Police Department. #DonovonLynch was murdered via #VBPD & Donovon's friend was shot in the hand via VBPD. Neither officers have been named by the media, nor elected officials. Since the #VirginiaBeachChaos 2 members of #BLM757 , and a pastor who has served the City of Virginia Beach for over 20 years have been charged stemming from a peaceful protest, yet the two officers haven't been charged. We will begin to address the media & public at 5:15pm At 6pm there will be a City Council Meeting to create a task force to provide recommendations for the development of the Citizens Review Panel. Virginia Beach City Council members will consider this matter at 6:00 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
