Tiny dream and big Tommy? At exile time?
“Put your stuff in the hole, Tommy.”
Tommy looked down at Dream, extremely confused on what exactly the small blob man wanted and why he thought that Tommy would willingly do so anyways. He was just exiled, he wasn’t just made into a puppet to do what the small creature wanted.
“No thanks Dream. I’m going to be keeping my stuff actually.” Tommy chuckled as the small blob seemed to grow angry. It was actually pretty cute watching the small blob become angry, all the while with the permanent grin on his face.
Tommy’s chuckles only seemed to aggravate Dream more, which in turn made Tommy laugh even more.
“I’m serious Tommy!” Dream was hopping up and down now in his anger, not helping his case. “You are exiled and I need to take care of your stuff!”
Tommy lazily grinned down at Dream, his laughter finally dying down. He reached down and wrapped his hand around the blob’s body, earning him a startled squeak. He lifted Dream up to his face, still lazily grinning at him.
“I’m exiled, Dream. Not your servant. I don’t have to do anything you, or anyone really, asks of me. I am a part of no country, no group. Sort of what exile means, green bitch.” Dream was now trying to squirm out of Tommy’s hand, not liking his current situation. This was not how he had planned it. Dream was supposed to break Tommy, make him a shell of who he is. He still has a bit of a chance, though his odds aren’t looking good.
“Your best friend exiled you, Tommy. Nobody wants you in L’Manburg anymore. What even is the reason in fighting back-” Dream gasped as Tommy squeezed him. He looked up at Tommy, terrified of the grin that never fell off of Tommy’s face. It almost reminded him of his own permanent smile. It was... unsettling.
“Sure, they all hate me. Still doesn’t make me your little plaything.” Tommy walked out to the beach that they landed on to arrive to Tommy’s new home. He pulled his arm back, and Dream struggled harder as he realized what Tommy was about to do.
“Tommy! Think about this!”
“You have lives to spare Dream. See you later.” And with that, Tommy threw Dream out into the ocean, where the small blob landed harshly on top of the water and quickly dematerialized into a cloud of smoke and woke with a start in his bed.
