What are they doing now? Theo’s trip to Kenyte was one for purely observation; to scope out the city and report back to Team Evolution’s superiors, but his hardheaded duo of Pokemon were practically insistent on making things much more difficult than they had to be; having attempted to corner a stranger’s Roserade as if to force it to battle them.
The Nidorina-Nidorino pair were bullies in their own right, with an attitude arrogant enough to not realise when they were outmatched. One with his horn lowered threateningly and the other cackling as she looked ready to pounce, the two hadn’t even cared to notice the Roserade’s trainer nearby, who Theo was absolutely certain happened to be the current Gym Leader of Kenyte City.
“Stop,” He hissed at the pair of Pokemon -- and he could have sworn they usually listened to him better than they were right now. Turning to look at the woman, Theo held his hands up defensively, giving them a little wave.
“We don’t want any trouble.”
Only they very clearly did, didn’t they?
