Fun fact: My new hyperfixation blorbo, Frankin (Frank-N-Furter), is canonically an alien from the planet Transylvania, and he ends up doing such crazy stuff that he's banished there after his friends basically get sick of him.
My version of him was actually convicted on trial and got DOUBLE banished, so he currently lives on the dark side of Earth's moon.
However, because he's not human, he can bound his way back down any time he wants, with the condition that he'll always "go where the darkness does".
(That is to say, he can only go to Earth during the night, so any place the sun is up or is coming up is off limits to him, and if he stays someplace for the entire night, he'll be returned to the moon at sunrise.)
