It's decision season. Every day we sink our teeth into new issues, dark tidbits are kept under wraps, and sweet victory is the ultimate goal. It's tough, challenging and will wear away at you, but it's important and in many ways - satisfying. I'm talking of course about Halloween and the vote for the best candy.
