The purpose of the survey is to test the validity of the hypothesis for the online transportation booking service CASTER, a suggested startup business. The premise is that there is a sizable prospective target market and that the company can satisfy the demands and solve the issues of the interviewees—the majority of whom have responded favorably or have been won over by the concept of the startup business.Using five (5) respondents in an interview, the hypothesis was examined or verified. A total of six sets of questions were asked throughout the interview, covering the following topics: what do they see, what do they say, what do they do, what do they hear, and what do they think and feel? There were two different questions that made up each component type.Whether or not the business can satisfy the needs and solve the issues of the respondents to the interview will be determined by the findings of the validation survey. According to the respondents' responses, it was discovered that the upcoming business CASTER was the best for many students, particularly those who have classes starting at 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. In addition, they love how convenient it is to book online, with less hassle and a greater sense of security. The only question that triggered their minds was, "How long will it take to fetch us and how long will it take to travel to their respective destinations?" However, most of the respondents agreed and liked the terms and conditions of the booking application, and they also realized that the business was best for them and others. In conclusion, the new business that was suggested was able to meet the demands and problems of the majority of interviewees, and the majority of them loved and appreciated the idea behind the suggested firm. Additionally, there may be a sizable market. The group came up with two (2) main solutions for dealing with the issues raised: (1) Modifying the plan, and the group will take the instructors' advice to change the startup product to a larger potential target market in order to accommodate a large number of commuters and, of course, help service providers have more income by having enough customers to fill a full vehicle. (2) change the startup that provide portions for employees who work or attend classes, regular commuters, students, or faculty. Different and adjusted pricing for these areas will be in place, with much more logical costs and advantages. The team opted undecided with our current business model even it draws a sizable market, offers a pathway for replies, and yields positive responses, however we need further research/observations from the rela drivers and commuters if its really fit our business in CMU. For better outcomes, a number of methodology and validation surveys will still be carried out.Having a broad mentality in business will actually give us the best business or product that will suit us as individuals who are still starting a business. Starting a business requires us to have a highly open mindset. The team discovered that in order to progress, it is crucial for us to be more open to criticism and suggestions, to be more open to the potential results of each step we take, and to bounce back and come up with a better plan that would be advantageous and equitable for everyone. Sharing ideas with groupmates and coping with our difficulties in resolving a certain problem with our proposed business is such a relief for everyone. It will make us more responsible and active, not just for our business but also in our community. Maybe the best word that I should have within this week of doing our business is "participation," because we are all engaging and participating in achieving our main goal, which is the CASTER.-Ronel B.
