6. Sexual/romantic orientation?
I used to identify as demisexual, but when I first met my sweetheart it was crush at first sight and I didn’t even know him, so turns out I’m straight! I had to look up the different romantic orientations because I haven’t thought about it much, and I think I’ve been demiromantic all along but didn’t know it! Thus the confusion!
12. Favorite flowers?
Hydrangeas of all sorts will always be number one in my heart, but lilac is a darn close second!!
18. Chocolate, vanilla, or red velvet?
Vanilla! It’s like a flavor multiplier: on its own it’s not that special, but add a scoop of vanilla ice cream as a side, or extract to whatever you bake, and WOWIE!! Talk about making all the difference!
24. What makes you blush?
When I’ve done a good job that I can be proud of and it makes whoever I did the work for happy and they tell me! Even if I KNOW that I did my best and put in effort, it feels like a total blushy blindside to hear that confirmed by someone else!
30. Do you prefer to charm or be charmed?
Oh I love to do some charming!! That’s part of why I wanted to do these valentines, and why I’m winning against my boyfriend in our flirt gauntlets! I WILL ask “Is anybody spreading the love?” and NOT WAIT for an answer! Heheheh!
36. Cloud gazing or star gazing?
Ooooh definitely star gazing!! If it’s daylight I feel like it’d be a waste (not true, that’s my problem brain talking) to sit and cloud gaze, but if it’s already dark, why not get a blanket and look at the stars? Arizona’s night skies kind of spoiled me--the light pollution was still bad but not nearly as bad as big cities. Also: moon!
42. Do you prefer gazing wistfully out the window or lying dramatically over the sofa?
Before I ever knew what a fainting couch was called, I was obsessed with them, so definitely lying dramatically over the sofa.
48. A walk in the park or a walk on the beach?
I’ll do you one better and say “a national park that’s also a beach” like the Cape Cod National Seashore, which I adore!! HEHEHEHE!!
