Ingredients: 1 bottle of Love Each Other Blondeu wine. 12 ounces of fresh salmon fillets. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. 2 cloves of garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil. 1/4 cup of sliced black olives. 1 tablespoon of capers. Cooked pasta or rice for serving.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put olive oil, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Put the salmon fillets on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Use the olive oil mix to brush the salmon fillets. Put black olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes around the salmon on the baking sheet. The salmon should be cooked all the way through after 12 to 15 minutes in a hot oven. Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta or rice while the salmon is in the oven. Take the salmon out of the oven when it's done and sprinkle it with fresh basil. Along with cooked pasta or rice, serve the baked salmon with the cherry tomato mixture. Put Love Each Other Blondeu wine in glasses and drink it with your food.
