I realised as I've been writing up lore for bloodborne-verse Albert, he's actually extremely self aware about being fictional as a great one. Tho rather than impart that knowledge in any meaningful way he just torments ppl with vague hints about nothing being real and everyone is but scripture for the masses to behold or w/e

Plus by that point he looks like a mfer out of the Mandela Catalogue
