Private: Hello Mr. Chang. I noticed that Lily neither attended my class this morning nor made it to her usual hours this afternoon. Given that this is unlike her, I thought you might know what caused her absence.
PM: Hello, sir. Lily had an accident while she was exercising on gymnastics equipment. She knocked her head on a balance beam and hasn't woken up until today. If you like I can give you updates on her condition or let her know to contact you once she is well enough?

Natanya Darling, seeing as how you've been ignoring countless warnings from your classmates to think before you speak, I have decided to issue you one further warning before turning to disciplinary action.
Right. Still not seeing what I've actually done wrong besides speak my mind, which I'm pretty sure is a constitutional right, though I never did finish my US government class from high school...
Private: Good afternoon, Mr. Sylvester. I am contacting you today because you were put down as a reference by Silas Anderson for the position of my assistant. If you could in 250 words or less describe what you think of his work ethic and any other relevant information as to why he would do well in the position, I would be most grateful.

PM: Hello, Mr. Lark. Silas is a diligent worker, sometimes a perfectionist, but not to a fault. He's very good at understanding orders, working better with precision, or else he will want to ask questions about how you'd like it done, almost down to a T. While that can seem strenuous, it's always for a good cause, as it means he will put in extra work to have it done just as you want it. He's also very good at details, so if you think he has something down pat, you could simply ask him to do it the same away again and he'd be excellent at reproducing the same measure of dedication.
Private: Good afternoon, Mr. Sullivan. I am contacting you today because you were put down as a reference by Silas Anderson for the position of my assistant. If you could in 250 words or less describe what you think of his work ethic and any other relevant information as to why he would do well in the position, I would be most grateful.

PM: Good afternoon to you too, Mr. Lark.
I consider Silas Anderson to have a very strong work ethic. He has proven to be highly motivated towards work, and I can say with certainty that he works hard when he believes in what he is doing. This has been proven in many occasions, both in my class and outside. As a student, he has always carried any work out eagerly and I can say that his work so far has always exceeded expectations. Outside the classroom, I have asked Silas to help me out on several occasions, and he always accepted to do willingly, without me having to issue any orders. I was always satisfied with his work and his attitude towards it, and I’m positive that he will apply the same positive attitude towards you if you choose him as your assistant.
I hope that this reply contained all the information that you were looking for. If you would like to ask more questions, please don’t hesitate to do so.
Laura, my dear. As promised I am letting you know that I have determined my office hours. Please find the appropriate information and forms on my page, thank you
Thank you, Mister Lark, I'll certainly go to make an appointment.
