plot one: one muse is a journalist sent to cover a concert of a really popular band. well they’re told it’s a really popular band – they only know two of their songs and can’t tell you any of the members’ names, much less pick out their faces. still the concert is paid for by the magazine they write for, and it should be fun. just before the concert, they go to a bar to get a drink, and meet a fellow patron behind the bar smoking. they’re cute and charming, and the journalist kind of figures, why not? so they hook up in the bathroom, as you do. so then the journalist has to hoof it to the concert (which is fine, their hookup seemed to need to get someplace, too), and is in their front row VIP seats, so they get a full view of the band, and hey, this music is actually pretty good, and everyone is screaming for the band, and wait why does the lead singer look so familiar? is that–? oh fuck.

plot two: we met at one of your concerts and you’re super famous and we fucked at the meet and greet once everyone was gone but now you’re asking to see me again and fly me out to these incredible locations but i’ve actually got a boyfriend and he doesn’t know about any of this. are you sure that the paps won’t see us?

plot three: muse a is the popular girl at university, always at parties, surrounded by friends, but facing a big problem: she needs to get excellent grades on her final exams and needs help. muse b is our hot nerd, the anxious, clumsy type who wears plaid shirts and secretly has a crush on muse a but is too insecure to confess it to her. muse a asks muse b for help, and in exchange for private tutoring, she offers to help muse b win over the girl he's in love with — without realizing that it's actually her.
