Pandemic check-in: Howโs everybody doing? When all my speaker coaching work stopped in early March, we had to clamp down on unnecessary spending, like flowers from Trader Joeโs. I vowed to keep a bouquet going from our yard, which I did consistently every week up until now. It was a way of centering myself, finding beauty, appreciating where I am on the planet and the many, many gifts in my life. Plus, they often smelled lovely too.
