That’s why I think Valentine had the right idea about the Clave - in terms of they’re corrupt and following them blindly is stupid and they are awful - but clearly as he was also racist in terms of downworlders he went about it the wrong way.

valentine as terrifying, cruel and merciless as he is, has a purpose, and a method to his insanity. he has beliefs and he stands for them fiercely no matter the cost, at himself or the people they love. but characters like her... it makes me want to set the book on fire.

Character in general: CHERYL OKAY. Overall Opinion: such an a++ cheryl with such on point characterization. i’m always in awe of you and what you’re doing. you deserve all the followers and more
