I'm learning to tether my self to the physical world.
Stitching up the patchwork so I'm no longer working on separate fabrics of reality. Like Peter Pan with his shadow. Or spacetime itself.

I'm learning to tether my self to the physical world.
Stitching up the patchwork so I'm no longer working on separate fabrics of reality. Like Peter Pan with his shadow. Or spacetime itself.
I have stories in me. They swirl. Reform. Break apart. Then go again.
I've come to ask myself.
What's the story with daring enough energy to take shape in this world?
This matter of my mind.
I find my self stepping forward, into the clouds. The ground is far below. I see dots of people. I look at the trail I leave. Each a stone I've stumbled upon.
I wonder, will there be another? Better yet, can I finally dance in the sky?
