The End deals with death and finality. I think that most spawn cult members serve the end in some way (similar to the lightless flame cult being all avatars of the desolation in TMA)

Out of everyone, taph more directly serves their patron. His job was quite literally to blow up houses, and that was stated to be a way to feed the desolation

she is the extinction because she is my favorite and it’s thematically appropriate for a robot to serve humanity’s fear of being wiped out by its own creations

There is nothing more webcore than gambling to me . it’s a cycle of manipulation and empty promises except chance is the web’s special boy gender neutral and gets to WIN
