This weird-ass turquoise champagne was on closeout at the store, because I guess nobody wants to buy turquoise champagne. It tastes ok, but it smells a bit like toluene, so my first thoughts before tasting were 1) model airplane glue, 2) get back in the fume hood, and 3) the tape is dissolving but I need to change my gloves (paper conservation). Yay chemicals. 

I might try making mimosas but I bet it will look sick.

Edit: I think I’m going to return it for a refund. Even $12.99 is too much for toluene wine.
