I don't know if I translated everything well, but I did it quickly and I didn't want to check it, because reasons. In this case, I set up something simple, more precisely the Story of the Blue Mirror. The Blue Mirror is, as the name implies, a mirror that seems to shine in blue. Its skill is focused on the so-called "reflection of the soul". It means more or less that the beings in front of it will not see theirself, but the one they had to be at the very beginning when they were born for the first time. In my universe, almost every soul once had its first Vessel (body). After each death, the soul wanders through dimensions until it finally finds a new opportunity to rebirth. You can compare it to reincarnation.
Such a soul can be reincarnated indefinitely if it is not hit by a weapon that is capable of destroying it, or by a person who has the ability to Devour. Blue Mirror not only shows the first Vessel, but also allows him to live independent lives. This means that the reflection starts to move without the will to which it belongs. It was considered dangerous because, as an object, there was no emotion or mind, so it reflected everyone. But that was not the case. They were terrified that the reflections might try to get out of it or lure their counterpart on the other side of the mirror and drag it in, which can no longer be left.
Due to the disappearance of many innocent lives, the Sempras decided to combine the Mirror with the living being. The choice was in fact random. The only rule that has been established is that "the creature has done something worthy of the hero". This idea has been accepted by the rest, because it sounded the most "legally". The Sempras needed someone who could perform tasks beyond their dimension, from which they couldn't go out, and at the same time the combination of such a person and the Mirror gave some advantages, as the object would no longer work whenever someone approached him, but according to the will of his living counterpart. But they did something that blight the righteousness in their choice - they told no one that the first person who would fulfill their condition would automatically be considered a candidate and taken to their place.
In the drawing we see the book, which is written by a person called the Blue Mirror. After the combination, it lost its name and many other characteristics it possessed before, but it still was able to live and function. By following the rights it has acquired, it's trying to protect the Scale of Balance to this day, even if it has been practically destroyed. It is a character who lives in my world to this day, because it can't die by being an artefact and some additional circumstances. In addition, the Blue Mirror is one of the longest living creatures and probably survives even more. Therefore, I say that its story can be called long.
