New to me Vinyl Collection: Lee Morgan / “The Sidewinder”

Have heard bits and pieces of this jazz album but never the whole thing, which is a crime. Last week at The Largo, the DJ was playing this at the bar and I knew I had to finally get my hands on it.

The album became Blue Note's best-selling record ever, breaking the previous sales record and saving the label from near bankruptcy.
