experimentation with your tools is an important part of making art. anything can be your 'weapon', whether be it bread, a chalk pencil, a roller— the material gives a specific sort of texture that may help one with the look that they're trying to achieve with their artwork

in that case.. i wonder how it applies to digital art. the usage of brushes and erasers. lasso tool. gradients. how does one... incorporate that into their work...
