Blue had started sitting up, but as the long movie progressed, he got tired and moved to lay down, his head on Nick's lap. They hadn't really done anything super cuddly like this before, but he was testing boundaries. He craved affection but was often too anxious to initiate, but maybe this was okay. Hopefully it was. He was cozy, especially with the couch blanket over him.

There was nowhere Blue could go where he didn't feel like a hulking Frankenstein. He wasn't even that tall, but just knowing the destruction his hulking body and hands could do made him incredibly aware of everything around him. It made him easily overstimulated, but at the same time, he wanted to go places and do things with Nick and his friends and family. He wanted so desperately to be normal, to make sure nobody was ever scared of him.

Being here was a lot, but holding Nick's hand made it easier.

"So . . . what do we do?" he asked after a moment.
