Ingredients: 2 cups fresh blueberries. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. After cooking, blend the sauce until smooth with an immersion blender or in a regular blender. If the sauce is too thin, cook on high with the lid off for an additional 30 minutes or until thickened.
