The sweet and savory flavors in these Grilled BBQ Pineapple Shrimp Bites go so well together. Shrimp and pineapple are grilled to perfection and covered in tangy BBQ sauce. This makes them perfect for any get-together or BBQ party.
Ingredients: 24 large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Bamboo skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put shrimp and pineapple on skewers one after the other. Put olive oil and BBQ sauce in a small bowl and mix them together. Add pepper and salt. Put shrimp and pineapple on skewers and brush them with BBQ sauce. As long as the shrimp is pink and cooked all the way through and the pineapple has grill marks, the skewers are ready. If you want, you can serve it hot with chopped parsley or cilantro on top.
