a reminder to my LOTRO friends (which btw if you’re in the kinship and I’m not following you, shoot me a message) that since I cloned back my hard drive I currently don’t have LOTRO on my computer. I won’t be able to get on, most likely, until Monday or Tuesday, because I need to reinstall the game which as you know is a lengthy process, and I’m going away for the weekend for a wedding. So let it be known that I would totally throw a birthday party and invite you all, but I am not able to get on the server for the rest of the week. Sorry!!!

hey guys, question about lotro- up at college our wifi sucks, like sometimes it cuts out, will this mess up the game? will it freeze up or just let me know it’s lost connection?

jesus christ lotro really uses my computer’s battery up fast, like i was at 100% and then half an hour later i see my battery light flashing and suddenly the game’s freezing up and i think i must’ve been down to like 5% and was close to crashing and i had to use ctrl+alt+delete to get out of the game. hope it saved my progress?!?

I ended up using ‘Namadith’ which means ‘little sister’ in Khuzdul (i had to scramble to find some quick khuzdul words because if i quit i’d lose my character creation progress) so yeah that’s me, i just started, i’ll pick up tomorrow. i chose to be from erebor.

Hey LOTRO people, so I went to make a character and I chose dwarf and it won’t let me make a female dwarf??

I know this is random and I don't know you (I hope this isn't creepy :x) but the LotRO post just popped up on my dash and Oh how exciting! If you're looking for rp, laurelin and landroval I believe are the designated servers -- though I think laurelin is more UK player time zone. I have two dwarrowdams on Landroval if you ever want to chill - dwarrowdams unite! Good luck in all your lotro adventures!

Hi! It’s not creepy at all lol thank you for the advice! I’ll have to check out landroval. I will probably start playing tomorrow. Do you always have to stay on the same server? I thought arkenstone originally because it was dwarf-related but then again I know nothing since I haven’t played yet… does the server you play on drastically affect what adventures you have? I just wanna be able to visit thorin’s halls and meet dwalin omg so yeah, I suppose I’m wondering if you can still travel to the same places no matter what server you’re on.
