Re-reading Apex and going over that bit where Y/N is having Regrets™ about how they could've gone elsewhere and my first thought is about how there would've been Eclipse regardless. Like, all the different creatures he could be. There would've been no escape regardless (and plenty of smooches) XD

I love that! Somewhere in the world, there's a naga or tigertaur Eclipse waiting to snatch Y/N up in his claws, and Y/N always has the thought of "should have gone somewhere else :/"

Black dracula orchid made me instantly think of vampire Eclipse.

That is a gorgeous flower! All dark and broody and strange, but beautiful. Vampire!Eclipse wouldn't mind having a few in his garden <3
